BLOCK C (PHILIP OZUAH BLOCK)
Update: The contractor continues the production of blocks on site. The block laying work for the block walls partitioning the ground floor continues. The placement of steel reinforcements and electrical and mechanical services sleeves into the second-floor slab formwork is nearing completion.
As of 29th of April – 3rd of May, the casting of the second-floor slab was slated for the first week in May.
Challenges: There have been no significant challenges in the construction work of this block.

Update: The construction work on this block remains at the substructure level, as the laterite earth filling, compaction, and concrete blinding are completed. The placement of the steel reinforcement and mechanical services sleeves have commenced.
As of the 29th of April – the 3rd of May, the completion of this stage is slated for next week.
Challenges: There have been no significant challenges in the construction work of this block.

Block F (Alumni Block)
Update: The construction work on this block is at the superstructure level as the casting of the oversite concrete is completed and the raising of the steel reinforcement for the concrete columns to support the first-floor slab commences with the formworks.
As of the 29th of April – 3rd of May, the casting of the oversite concrete slab slated for completion by the close of work on Friday 26th of April, 2024 has been completed.
Challenges: There have been no significant challenges in the construction works of this block.
